Short description of what the RAR is:
The main aim behind the Room Allocation Report (RAR) is to reward organisations for their work towards university students throughout the past term. Hence, all participating organisations need to provide the Board with evidence indicating that work has been conducted. Thus, the RAR is to be heavily based on evidence. Where the required evidence is not provided, no points will be awarded (regardless of whether any member of the Board was present for the initiative in question)
