UESA’s objectives are achieved by building a good relationship with the staff at the faculty so as to serve as a bridge between the student and the lecturers, and by organising various activities leisure events such as parties, educational conferences and other events to diversify the engineering student’s life during his studies. UESA also organises educational activities such as industrial visits where students can get some insight on their future profession.
UESA is also recognised by the Chamber of Engineers (CoE) and the Malta Group of Professional Engineering Institutions (MGPEI), by having its own active representative in each executive. UESA is also an official member in the European Young Engineers’ (EYE) council for the past 8 years, thus also representing the engineering student on an international level, and engages in international trips to attend the said EYE council yearly conferences.
