Social Policy Commissioner
Katrina Farrugia is a 21-year-old Bachelor of Psychology (Hons.) student who has formed a part of Betapsi Malta during all her three years at the University of Malta. She occuped the roles of Social Policy Officer, Vice-President & President.
Besides student activism, Katrina has also shown a deep passion for mental health policy and human rights. Katrina is a firm believer in the concept that the Social Policy sector of the University is the basis for both Malta’s current and future policy structure.
For this reason, she belivies it is essential that students actively participate in the policy structures available through student organisations and KSU, in order to form part of the process of forming Malta into the country everyone will be proud to live in.
