PULSE is a student-based organization that functions on behalf of students’ interests and defends their rights. Amongst our aim we do our utter most to Represent Students, offer them student services and develop policies based on fairness and equality for the common good. The organization firmly believes that in order for students to succeed they ought to have equal opportunities and benefit from a high standard of level of education.

PULSE was officially found on the 19th March 1997 by a group of University Students. It extends to the University of Malta, the Junior College and other post-secondary schools with a structure that accommodates members from these diverse environments. The organization holds its Social Democratic beliefs and operates independently and does not form part of any other political party, Union or NGO.

The organization firmly holds that in order for students to succeed they ought to have equal opportunities and to benefit from a high standard of level of education. Moreover, all efforts are rooted towards developing a social policy intended to level social gaps, achieving social justice and to help other minority groups to maintain their dignity and freedom in order to succeed.
