Two years ago,  KSU started a campaign, the campaign with the catchy phrase- You Complain You Gain. the campaign focuses on the student and gives you the chance to voice your concerns to us. This year, KSU decided to up the ante and truly make this system accessible for you, everywhere you turn. Our first aim was to launch the You Complain You Gain online form. its success was evident in the size of our e-mail inboxes within a week of implementing it. and why not? after all not only is the form simple, it is also anonymous and unless freely given by the student, we have no acsess to contact details!

All issues and queries are treated within 2 days and thanks to contact with the higher adminstration, your true voice is heard and the majority of cases are resolved within the week. the next big step was placing the You Complain You Gain boxes as planned and promised in the electoral manifesto. As you might have already seen, there are 4 conspicious boxes all around campus. the locations are:

• Students House
• It Services
• Gateway reception
• Old Humanties

The complaint forms are available for printing from here or from our office. Once again, no details are asked of the student however, if the student would like a follow up of their complaint, he/she are reminded to provide means by which we can communicate.
