Nomination forms for Student Rep elections are now open. Nomination forms are available from the office of the Registrar in the case of Senate, and from the particular faculty/centre/institute for the other vacancies. Nomination forms have to be submitted by Thursday 25th February.

The vacant posts are the following:

• Senate - One Vacancy
• Faculty of the Built Environment - Two Vacancies (as from 10th April)
• Faculty of Economics, Management & Accountancy - One Vacancy
• Institute of Agriculture - Two Vacancies
• Institute of Linguistics - One Vacancy
• Mediterranean Institute - Two Vacancies
• Centre for Communication Technology - One Vacancy

If more than one student is nominated for a particular vacancy an election will be held on Thursday 4th March 2010 in the KSU Common Room.

Due to the fact that in the last elections held in November, two student reps who had contested for a vacancy in the EDRC got both the same number of votes, the elections will be held again between the two candidates on the same date.
