Jonathan Falzon is 21 year old and is currently in his fourth year in B.Sc. (Hons.) Biology and Chemistry. His academic interests include ecology and environmental science. He is also very interested in politics, cars and sports. Jonathan has been always an active student throughout his student life. He was a member of the St. Aloysius’ College 6th form council for two years, in which he served the posts of cultural and religious activities officer during his first year and president during the second year.

At university, he has been very active in the Science Students’ Society (S-cubed) during the first three years of his course. He was firstly involved in activities and the publications and later he was elected president. He is currently a student representative on the Faculty Board of Science.

As KSU Education Commissioner, Jonathan is the chairman of the KSU Education Commission which gathers all student representatives from all faculties and institutes. His aim is to strengthen this commission by making it closer to the student body and by ensuring that concrete proposals and policies are set up to improve the education at University.
