The Administration takes care of the everyday running of KSU and is made up of the President, Vice-President, Secretary General, Financial Officer and Public Relations Officer. Amongst other matters, the administration sets up and writes Press Releases and calls Press Conferences whenever KSU’s voice needs to be heard. It also caters for all the financial contracts and decisions which are entered into by the Council. The administration also organizes particular activities such as Freshers’ Week.

The President of the Council is the official spokesperson of the student body and represents the totality of all the organs of KSU, certifying that there is coherence amongst all the policies that are drafted. Together with the Secretary General, the Financial Officer and the other members of the Executive, the President must consolidate relationships with external organizations including the political parties, unions and non-governmental organizations.

The role of Vice President within the KSU structures is primarily to assist the President with the administration and co-ordination of the Executive Board. The Vice-President is also responsible for maintaining good relations with KSU's Corporate and Social Partners, as well as targeting potential new relations. The KSU Vice President is also responsible for NSTS and maintaining good relations with other NGOs and external entities.

The Secretary General administers Students' House, coordinates Freshers' Week and maintains the human touch with all those who correspond with KSU. The Secretary General is the responsible for the internal administration of the Council whilst also co-ordinating KSU meetings, relative minutes and archiving. Together with the Finance Officer, the Secretary General manages the bookings and the use of facilities of the Council.

The Financial Officer takes care of all financial aspects of KSU, whether it is the drafting of financial contracts, maintaining external relations with corporate sponsors, budgeting of activities, rental of togas and the management of the KSU account books.

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is the brand machine of KSU. Any flier, poster, sound or visual clip passes under the hands of the PRO. The PRO also takes care of the website and forum, which are indispensable tools that help students in any way they require, whether it is in terms of educations complaints and inquiries, accommodation rental for international students and events.
